    How to Prep for Backbends

    In yoga, backbends are by far one of the trickier postures to grasp. There’s lots of engagement occurring in the body and not just in the back, but in the hips and shoulders as well. This is why it’s incredibly important to properly prep for backbending postures. Meet Sarah

Sarah Osborne is a 200hr ERYT through the Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga for eight years and has been studying the practice for even longer. After graduating college, she moved to the island of O'ahu Hawai'i searching for adventure. Since moving Sarah has deepened her understanding of herself and the world around her. She has continued to study both yoga and Ayurveda, and hopes to share her knowledge and experience through her writing.
