    Why You Should See an Ayurvedic Practitioner

While Ayurveda can treat and cure certain ailments, the intention of Ayurveda is to maintain balance in our body and avoid sickness in the first place. Meet Sarah

Sarah Osborne is a 200hr ERYT through the Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga for eight years and has been studying the practice for even longer. After graduating college, she moved to the island of O'ahu Hawai'i searching for adventure. Since moving Sarah has deepened her understanding of herself and the world around her. She has continued to study both yoga and Ayurveda, and hopes to share her knowledge and experience through her writing.
