    There are seriously so many types of Yoga! I could probably write ten more posts…but for now, I’ll let this be the last one. If you’ve been following along with this mini-series then you should have a pretty extensive knowledge of the different styles of yoga. Meet Sarah

Sarah Osborne is a 200hr ERYT through the Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching yoga for eight years and has been studying the practice for even longer. After graduating college, she moved to the island of O'ahu Hawai'i searching for adventure. Since moving Sarah has deepened her understanding of herself and the world around her. She has continued to study both yoga and Ayurveda, and hopes to share her knowledge and experience through her writing.
